What is the purpose of waist beads?

Waist beads are worn for: spirituality, menstruation support, waist training, weight control/tracking, coming of age, body jewelry, and enticing your sweet heart.

How do I know what size to order?

Use a measuring tape to measure in inches around the area you would like to wear your waist beads. Add about half an inch to one inch to account for bloating, eating, and movement.

Can my waist beads be visible?

Waist beads are used to adorn the female figure by accentuating the waist and hip lines.

Traditionally, waist beads are worn underneath clothing only to be seen by whomever the wearer deems worthy.

Nowadays, waist beads are worn on top of clothing and used as a fashion accessory or other personal reasons.

Where are your waist beads from?

Do I have to be “skinny” to wear
waist beads?

Of course not! Waist beads are for all shapes and sizes. I will try my best to adjust the waist bead accordingly. If I am unable to I will contact you via email to discuss options.

Do I have to be African to wear waist beads?

Waist beads can be worn by women of all cultures, shapes, and sizes.

How many waist beads can I wear?

There’s no such thing as wearing too many waist beads! You should wear as many as you feel comfortable in.

Do your waist beads have a tie closure?

The waist beads have a screw closure.
